About National Public School
NPS started its journey in the year 1959 under the pioneering effort and careful nurturing of our Founder Chairman, Dr. K.P. Gopalkrishna and Dean, Dr. Santhamma Gopalkrishna. NPS Rajajinagar, the very first school, stands tall even today for its academic excellence, discipline and ethical practices.
Today, NPS Rajajinagar has been conferred autonomous status by the CBSE, Government of India. This distinction has been awarded to only two schools in the country, and NPS Rajajinagar is proud to be one among them. Each year, cohorts of students graduate from its portals as assured and confident young citizens, prepared to embrace life’s challenges and guided by enduring values.
