Teaching Roles
Our teaching pathway offers aspiring and experienced teachers many opportunities to join our ranks across grades and subjects, including teaching jobs in Kindergarten (KG) and Montessori environments. TISB Training Academy, our L&D wing, offers excellent teacher training courses and Diploma Programmes for freshers and those who wish to change career paths. Trainees intern and train in our schools before they are absorbed into the institutions. Aspiring teachers can also upskill and raise their pedagogical skills through TTA’s many course offerings.
When you join our school community as a novice, you start out as a Trainee Teacher. As you grow in experience, you grow into roles such as:

- Middle Leaders: Coordinator (Academic), Coordinator (Operations), Pastoral Coordinator, Internal Auditor
- Sports Coach
- Visual and Performing Arts Coach
Graduates with a Bachelors in Education degree are the minimum qualifications for freshers. Early Years teachers must be certified in the Montessori educational system or the Kindergarten programme. Primary to Senior School Teachers must hold a Masters, an M.Phil. or doctorate degrees.
Teaching at our schools involves high quality learning experiences through research, extra reading, teacher collaboration, use of technological tools, field trips and partnerships with professionals in the community. Job applicants are expected to have in-depth knowledge in their subject area, be comfortable working with children of all age groups, and be pastoral in approach towards the ever-evolving needs of young learners.
Teacher Trainers
Aspiring applicants interested in becoming teacher trainers may visit our TISB Training Academy (TTA) website. Applicants must be experienced teachers, co-ordinators or school leaders, in leading CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE or IB schools in India.
Non-Teaching Roles
Non-teaching roles are of equal importance at the NPS, NAFL, TISB, NPSI and GMC Educational Institutions. These roles involve engaging with all school stakeholders, which include parents, families seeking admissions, alumni, vendors/consultants, external school representatives and government agencies. Our hiring process

We typically have face-to-face rounds with the school hiring team, which include a portfolio submission, a written test and a classroom demo session, followed by interviews with the Subject Expert, the Principal and our Board of Governors. All selected candidates will, as per government guidelines, be required to undergo a background check, after which we furnish the terms of employment.
